Traffic control is regulated, insured and non-negotiable when you are working near a road. We provide accredited controllers, signs and stop-slow bats, with a Traffic Management Plan if you do not have one.

Traffic control is the part of a project where the regulator, the insurer and the council are all watching the same thing, and any one of them can stop the job. We provide TfNSW-accredited controllers for Sydney construction, civil works, events and utility jobs, and we write or implement the Traffic Management Plan that sits behind the deployment. On recurring sites we roster the same controllers back to the same job so they learn the intersection, the peak school drop-off times and the route a specific bus takes, which is the difference between a smooth contraflow and a council complaint. For event road closures we coordinate directly with the local council, NSW Police and the event organiser so the TMP goes in well ahead of the deadline.
Controllers arrive 30 minutes before the work start time, set out signs, cones and barriers to the TGS diagram, and run the stop-slow or lane closure for the duration of the work. Breaks are staggered so the closure is never unmanned. At close of work the site is fully restored and photographed before the crew leaves, which is the evidence the council needs if a resident complains the next morning.
Each job has a TGS diagram and a one-page run sheet covering the work hours, the works supervisor's mobile, the nominated escape route, the neighbouring properties and any school or bus route within the closure. The lead controller reviews it with the crew before any gear comes off the ute. Recurring jobs have that run sheet updated fortnightly.
A daily report goes to the project manager by end of shift with arrival and departure times, incidents and near-misses logged, and photos of the set-up and pack-down. Any near-miss involving a member of the public is reported inside the hour with photos and the works supervisor is notified in writing.
Controllers hold current TfNSW accreditation (Implement Traffic Control Plans and Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plans where required), a White Card, and senior First Aid. NSTA Auburn (RTO 32292) delivers the Traffic Control ticket and White Card components in-house for our own staff, so new controllers are road-ready quickly rather than waiting on an external provider's course date.
Traffic control pricing includes signs, cones and stop-slow gear in the hourly rate. TMP and TGS diagram preparation is a separate fixed quote per plan. Night and weekend shifts carry the usual penalty loading but no surge pricing. Written quote within 24 hours of the site details landing with us.
